  • ShowGizmo allows users to benefit before, during and after the events by setting up online profiles. Attendees and exhibitors can store their profiles and re-use them over and over again. Producers who use ShowGizmo across their events portfolio can cross-promote and benchmark different events and year-on-year.

Event producers/organisers pay for an annual licence to use ShowGizmo.  This can be for one event or many – prices are calculated on registered attendee numbers. Paying for an annual licence means you can leave your event information online for as long as you wish during the year offering extended brand presence for exhibitors.

  • One-show licence: Suitable for associations and organisations who produce one major event each year.
  • Multi-show licence: Suitable for professional event organisers staging multiple events each year.

In both cases, producers get access to their own secure online event control panel, enabling them to load up event information and invite exhibitors and attendees to use the system to make connections and schedule their time.
